Refund Policy
Refunds for Portal Cart items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Tags must remain attached. Limited drop items are eligible for store credit only due to high demand. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee.
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Store credit is issued for all successful returns of limited collections.
