Refund Policy
Due to the limited nature of our premium urban apparel, all sales from exclusive drops are final. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact Portal Cart support for return authorization before shipping any items back to our industrial warehouse.
