SHIPPING LOGISTICS

Portal Cart ensures every piece of streetwear reaches you efficiently. We process orders in 2-4 business days, though high-demand drops may take up to 7 days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please note that logistics do not operate on weekends or public holidays for our premium collections.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
  • We offer a 14-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the inspection is complete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours. Sale items are considered final sale.

All returns must be authorized via our portal before being shipped back to us.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or vibe. We facilitate exchanges for alternative sizes or colors pending stock availability. To initiate an exchange, contact our support within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original state. Once received and verified, we will dispatch your new gear with standard shipping at no extra cost.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

Portal Cart is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. For damaged arrivals, please file a claim directly with the carrier and retain all packaging. If a package is marked as delivered but missing, verify with neighbors or local offices before reaching out. We are here to assist with tracking data but cannot guarantee carrier performance.
